Repairs & Warranty

The highest quality and craftsmanship are our most profound concern. However, jewelry by nature is delicate. We accept repairs for items purchased on jewelryconceptla.com or in-person from our showroom.

Pricing for repairs varies depending on the damage. Please email our concierge at shop@jewelryconceptla.com with your original order number and a photo of your damaged item to request repair information. We will repair at no charge any breakage caused by manufacturer defect within twelve months of receipt of purchase. Repairs needed after twelve months or deemed to be caused by misuse will incur a repair fee.

Returns

Merchandise can be returned for refund or exchange within 14 days from the delivery date. Returns must be pre-authorized by emailing at gems@jewelryconceptla.com. Merchandise showing any signs of wear, resizing, or damage will not be accepted and returned to the sender. Special/Custom orders are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.

Please make sure your return is packed securely in its original packaging as we are not responsible for any damages incurred during transit. Once your return has been received and accepted, you will be notified via email. Please allow 5-7 business days for your return to be processed and credited to the original form of payment. We will proceed with the refund to the original form of payment, excluding shipping fees. Please note that this return policy may change from time to time. We reserve the right to make any changes without prior notification.

Order Cancellation

Once an order has been placed, it may be canceled at any time before your item has shipped. Please email gems@jewelryconceptla.com with your order number in the subject line. Should your order ship before we receive your request, the order can no longer be canceled. We regret that we are unable to refund shipping charges for orders canceled once they have been shipped.
