Safety First
The health, safety, and well-being of our neighborhood are of absolute concern to us. We are following state and local government and health guidelines, and we have taken the following discreet means to enhance health and safety in our showrooms during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Limiting Capacity
To maintain social distancing, we have limited the number of guests in the showroom to two people per appointment. Our sales representative wears gloves and masks during your visit. Besides, we would require the use of masks by customers. Hand sanitizer and disposable face masks are also available for the guests.
Frequently Disinfecting
We have implemented additional measures, including sensitizing and disinfecting the showroom’s common areas and limiting the sitting arrangements. We have increased the frequency of cleaning and sanitization in our showroom. Furthermore, we have decreased the length of appointments to clean between each appointment.
Monitoring Symptoms
We have implemented a protocol for employee symptom monitoring, and employees are required to stay home when showing symptoms or signs of sickness. Additionally, customers displaying symptoms or signs of illness will not be allowed to enter the showroom.
