Handling
We will ship out merchandise in stock the same day for the orders placed before 3:00 PM PST. Merchandise made-to-order and out of stock will take 2-3 weeks handling time; an email will be sent out to you with an update as well. Special and custom orders will take 2-6 weeks depending on the order’s complexity; the sales representative will be coordinating with you along the way.
Shipping
We offer complimentary 2-7 Days shipping on all continental US orders over $49. We also provide expedited Two-Days shipping ($24) and Next Day Air ($45) for orders within the continental US.
All our jewelry shipments are insured for full value and require a direct signature, and we do not ship to PO boxes. All shipping charges due to bounced or undeliverable packages are the responsibility of the receiver of goods.
Sales Tax
There will be a 9.5% sales tax applied to merchandise shipped within California. All orders shipped outside the state of California will not be charged sales tax.
